The Church Bell cost £236.9.3, it was manufactured and erected by M. Byrne, of Byrnes Fountain Bell Foundry, Dublin, and has the tone of B Flat. The bell was 'hoisted' on 2nd August 1895, and reportedly weighed almost two tonnes.
